Google Cloud Platform officially announce that they have joined the Cloud Foundry Foundation as a Gold Member. Cloud Foundry is an Open Source, Multi Cloud Application Platform as a Service (PaaS) governed by the Cloud Foundry Foundation which was a joint venture by EMC, VMware and General Electric. Cloud Foundry Software is written in Ruby, Go and Java.

Google Cloud Platform done many significant development and integration with Cloud Foundry this year. Google  Cloud Platform mentioned that they hope to do even more integrations and more innovations between Google, the Cloud Foundry Foundation in 2017.
